How to Join A WhatsApp Group
- We use WhatsApp alerts to let you know when its time to order and when your pickup is ready
- We Assign you to a group based on your pickup location

How Do I Select my Pickup Location
- In the cart online when you are checking out, there is a pull down menu called 'Please select your assigned pickup location'.
- The name of your Pickup Location is listed there. Check your WhatsApp group to see which pickup location to select.
How Do I Pay
- You can pay online by credit credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
When is the Cutoff Time for Ordering
- Weekly deadline to order is generally the night before delivery @ 10PM. For example, if your pickup day is Wednesdays, then you must order by 10 PM on Tuesday.
- There are some pickup locations where this varies. Please check your ordering alert for ordering times
How Do I Know When to Pick Up
- You'll get an alert via WhatsApp and/or email
- Generally pickup is in the early afternoon with some exceptions
Is There a Minimum Order Size
- There is no minimum to placing an order
- Different seafoods come in varying size increments
- Most of our fresh portioned fish are in 2 lb increments. Our frozen fish comes in differing increments.
- Plus we have various yummies to go along such as seaweed salad and pasta mixes.
Do You Require a Subscription
- There are no subscriptions required. Order when you want.
- No need to remember to ‘suspend’ your subscription when you are out of town
Do You Require an Account
- No account is required on the website
- Just sign up here so we know what pick up location to assign you
- Just the site password, which is sent to you weekly via your WhatsApp or email alert
Can I get Seafood that is not on the Website
- Yes, Tim can get other seafood. Give Tim a call @ (408) 453-3474
