Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce
Once again, our very own Chef Ryan strikes again. This time with a quick and easy crab cake recipe. The remoulade over the cakes is fantastic!

Ingredients
- 1 lb lump/Blue Crab Meat
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 2.5 tablespoons Mayo
- 1 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/6 bu Green Onions
- 2 tbsp packed chopped Cilantro
- 2 tbsp chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- zest of 1/3 lemon
Directions
- Mix All Ingredients together.
- Form into 2 oz patties.
- Fry in pan over medium heat about 2 mins each side until crisp
Remoulade Sauce
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbs White Wine Vinegar
- 4 ea Cornichons finely chopped
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 tbs Paprika
- 2 tbs Horseradish
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- Mix all together,
- Then chill and serve
