Tuna Tartare over Guacamole with Chips
Yes, Chips. And not just any chips - ruffles. I know it sounds crazy but I tried this dish at Akane in Los Altos and never looked back. You scoop up the poke and guac on your chips and its divine. (Serves 4 as a meal)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Tuna Poke (your choice on recipe but here's a link)
- 1/4 pint guacamole
- Ruffles Chips (or chips with ridges)
Directions
Spread the guacamole on the plate. The picture here is much neater than I make. I usually swirl it around. Layer the Poke on top.
Eat!
