Grilled Hawaiian Ono with One Pot Orange Risotto, Charred Tomatillo Sauce & Chipotle Aioli
This weeks Recipe is simple easy and very delicious. The one pot Orange Risotto is a simple yet delicious meal that that goes well with all sorts of different fish. Everything you need is in the package, Just add water and little oil. I used truffle oil in the Risotto to add little more flavor and aroma. Season fish with salt and olive oil and Grill after you have made the Tomatillo Sauce.
Charred Tomatillo Sauce/ Chili Verde Sauce
Ingredients:
- 8 ea Tomatillo
- 4 ea Jalapeno Pepper or Favorite Pepper
- 1 ea Sweet Yellow Onion
- 1 bu Cilantro
- 2 ea Lemon Juice or Orange
- 8 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions:
Place Tomatillos is bowl with peppers and ½ slices of onions. Coat with oil and salt & pepper. Place everything on hot grill and cook until blackened. Places items back in bowl or food processor. Add Cilantro and lemon juice. Sauté garlic in remaining olive oil until lightly golden brown. Puree all ingredients with hand wand or food processor until it is purred. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Chipotle Aoili
Ingredients:
- 1 can Chipotle (small)
- 2 cups Mayo
- 1 ea Lemon(juiced)
- 1 tbs Sugar
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in food processor. Salt & Pepper to taste.
