Grilled Hawaiian Opah
It's a simple, 'go to' recipe for a weekday night. Ryan has created a tasty yet simple recipe to entice all ages to enjoy Opah!
Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1/2ea Pinappple
- 1ea Jalapeno Pepper or Favorite Pepper
- 1/8bu Cilantro
- 1ea Lemon Juice
- 1/4ea Red Onion
- 1ea Red Bell Pepper
- Salt To Taste
Directions: Cut Pineapple in long pieces, grill on high heat for 3-5 min. Dice/Cut Red Grilled Pineapple. Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Red Onion, & Jalapeno. Mix all Ingredients together, Juice lemon and mix in. Add Salt to taste.
Coconut Peanut Sauce
- Z Curry Paste
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Lemon Grass
- Water to thin out
Directions: Mix all Ingredients together with a whisk or mix. If using Optional Ingredients sauté in a med pan in oil, add mixture to pot, bring to simmer. Use warm or cool and use as dipping sauce.
Grill Opah or sauté, Serve over Sushi Rice, top with Grilled Pineapple Salsa and drizzle sauce on plate.
