Ok, this is as easy as it gets. Carolyn shared this one - it looks too good to be this easy!!!
- 1 lb Ahi Tuna, sliced 3/4” thick
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Bag Trader Joes' Arugula Parmesan Lemon Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag, squeeze air out of bag, seal and make sure the fish is immersed in the marinade. PRO TIP: Put the bag in a small bowl to help with the immersion. Let it sit for one hour.
Sear on high for 90 seconds each side.
